Course Description

Our Introductory Mindfulness Class provides teachers with a proven introductory mindfulness class for children anywhere between the ages of 4 to 7.

The Introductory Mindfulness Class gives you access to the Online Platform and INCLUDES the following:

  1. A 30 minute carefully scripted mindfulness introductory class with step-by-step guide for teachers
  2. List of materials and key notes on how to set up the room, tips on what to expect and all demonstration images
  3. Specific/detailed deep breathing exercises to calm children, stimulate creativity and improve sleep
  4. Animation with positive affirmations to boost children’s confidence and help them feel in control
  5. Animation of our fun and inspirational mindfulness song to encourage healthy way of thinking and living. (Incorporating music into classes is known to boost the brain’s learning centres, fosters creativity and provides emotional expression)
  6. Short quiz to ensure the main concepts of that class are reinforced
  7. Journal questions and survey for the Mindful Coach
  8. Follow Up Letter to Parents explaining exactly what children learned in that particular mindfulness class, the benefits each exercise brings and other key mindfulness exercises to practise at home to further deepen the mindfulness concept of that day
  9. Sample exercises from the repertoire of additional mindful lessons to use first thing in the morning, after lunch, at the end of day and during test taking periods.
